Gary L. Williams
President

Gary Williams has been in the industry for over 24 years and he thoroughly enjoys the world of real estate.

Gary began his real estate career as Vice President of Real Estate for Foot Locker's 13 Western States including Hawaii, Alaska and Guam. During his career at Foot Locker, Gary was responsible for site selection, negotiation of lease term, rents, ancillary charges, tenant allowance, renewals, lease buy-outs, and redeployment for all Foot Locker Corporation stores, including Lady Foot Locker, Kids Foot Locker, Champs, Afterthoughts and six other active retail divisions. During his 15 year tenure, he negotiated over one thousand deals, valued at over $400 million dollars.

In 1996, Gary started his own Real Estate Consulting Company and is focused on providing excellent tenant representation through his own company. His team comprised of himself and three tenant representatives are always available to answer questions.

He has negotiated and opened stores in some of the most prestigious centers in the country including: Ala Moana, Beverly Center, South Coast Plaza, Scottsdale Fashion Square, Glendale Galleria, Short Hills Mall, Bellevue Square, Watertower, San Francisco Center, Topanga Plaza, and Dadeland Mall. He has developed successful relationships with leaders in the industry including: Taubman, Westfield, Simon Property Group, Forest City, Urban, Glimcher, Macerich, General Growth, Jones Lang LaSalle, The Mills, CBL, and Chelsea.

Catherine McKnight
Leasing Representative

Catherine grew up in retail and has over 20 years of experience in several areas of Retail Sales and the Real Estate Industry. She has working knowledge of the retailer's needs as well as understanding the need for quality locations in great shopping centers.

With a BA degree from California State University at Northridge, Cathy wears many hats at Williams Real Estate Consulting. Not only does she excel in tenant representation she also knows the intricate workings of our office. She can answer any and all questions and direct you as needed.

Jon Fahning
Leasing Representative

With a BLA from Iowa State University and over 15 years of land and real estate development experience throughout the US and Canada, Jon Fahning brings a diverse level of experience to Gary L. Williams Real Estate Consulting, Inc. His vision from the design, development, and sales/implementation roles, provides a unique approach and problem-solving to the solutions-based real estate consulting service.

Jon resides in the Phoenix, Arizona area, with his wife, Nicole, and 3 children, Tyler, Griffin, and Reese, while enjoying skiing, traveling, golfing, and coaching many of his kids sporting activities.
